already paid the full amount online, the hotel still charged me extra for tourism fees, other charges, and deposit 1. Refund of the difference in room rate. 2. Refund/compensation for the hidden extra charges

The best thing about this place is the location. It's right across from the beach and on top of a large duty free store. The rooms are horrible. I wish smells could translate through pics as that'll give an indication of how bad the rooms are.

The doors don't shut properly and you have to wiggle the lock to lock the room. The wood is peeling everywhere. Maybe the sea view rooms are the ones they look after who knows? I wouldn't gamble and book here. I definitely do not recommend.

I loved this place. The location, was nice n superb. Just walking distance to Pantai Cenang. Inside room have everything i need. Staff are very friendly. Have spa in front of the hotel.

The only let down is the water pressure bit low, but nothing so bad.

Very bad cleaning, i.e bad smell from wash room and fridge was not clean. staff was unavailable round the clock

Very clean and spacious literally 30 seconds from beach

Great location, just 5 min walk to the Cenang beach, many shops nearby and places to eat, evening market is also not far away. Hotel itself is not very new, but very clean and comfortable. Cleaning was every day, separate thanks for changing towels as often as we needed. We liked everything, comfortable bed and enough space in the room. Great friendly and helpful staff.

You can give 4 towels for room, 2 for room and 2 for beach, then guests can dry towels themselves, and you need to change only once in 2-3 days.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious.

The room. The aircon wasn’t very effective. The pictures online do not reflect the room we had. There was no seaview just a window that opened onto the other rooms and a designated smoking balcony with the same view. It resemble a prison block.

Nice hotel, about two minutes from Cenang Beach. Perfect location full of restaurants and shops

Everything is good. The staff also friendly. The room, the facilities also good.Definitely would recommend this hotel to others.And the hotel is very strategic, since it's near to Chenang Beach.

Toilet water is so slow.

Location, having the cold and hot water filter place to refill bottle. It was a bit weird the cleaner came in our room without us putting the sign to clean the room, but it was very nice to come back from the beach and see that we have new clean towels. Thank you!!

Can’t really change i guess, but the stairs to the toilet is a bit dangerous for kids.

Location, cleanliness and staff

The location is absolutely perfect if you want to experience the city vibe of langkawi and the chenang beach. Room was spacious and we enjoyed staying.

It's a old building. So Facilities and amenities were not that good. And it's a bit noisy if you want a quiet stay. But we liked the environment and it gets quiet by 11pm.
